Returns and Warranty

RETURNS: 

I hope you are happy with your order, but if you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item in person or via post for a credit towards a different item. Store credits will remain valid for 12 months from the date the item is received back. Return postage costs will be covered by the sender.

REFUNDS:

Unfortunately, 'change of mind' refunds are not accepted where the product is received as advertised/ described. If an item is deemed faulty by us we will issue a full refund or repair, which ever you would prefer.

WARRANTY:

All Items come with a 3 month makers warranty, to guarantee the craftsmanship and materials. Warranty is not valid when clear signs of rough wear/damage are evident. Repairs will be performed in a quick and timely manner.

We want you to shop with confidence so please, reach out at any time if you have concerns, comments or questions. 

Whilst all items are made with durability in mind, it is up to the wearer to maintain products. It is advised to avoid harsh chemicals that can wear down some materials, ie cleaning products and cleansers, and to avoid rough activities that may result in damage.
